  We went to this post office 08/17/2017 to renew a passport and reapply for a passport. Richard and Mike were the two men who helped us. This was the fastest passport process I've ever experienced. Both clerks were funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. Got everything done in about 15 minutes.

  The website says they start doing passports at 11 am. I showed up at 10:50, stood in line and got up to the counter to be told "oh yeah, we don't do that until 3pm, the website is wrong". The lady helping us (seemingly against her will) told us to ask the gentleman at the end of the counter if he would be willing to do it right now since he does them usually. He completely ignored us until we literally waved our hands and said "Your coworker told us to ask you!!!" He then told us that he wouldn't be doing that. He was the same man that I had gone to a few days prior to get the process started, and he was so rude and pompous then I should've known. Customer service is not their specialty by any means. The woman originally helping us had said she would call the Ingra office and see if they were doing them, but she never did. AWFUL SERVICE. I will avoid that post office at my inconvience at this point.

  My package has been probably sitting here for days. My package supposedly departed the facility, but that was 4 days ago. Does it really take that long to drive from the facility to the eagle river post office? I ordered 2 day shipping for a reason, I needed the item fast, not 2 weeks from now!
