  Stay away from this office – do not trust Jeff Case. When we moved I cancelled a 3rd party umbrella policy by talking to Jeff Case on the phone, giving him my new address for the refund. I realized several months later that it had not been cancelled and immediately called his office. The 3rd party company would not refund back to the original date – and I agree that it wasn’t their fault. It was a simple case of Jeff Case himself dropping the ball but refusing to give me a refund. Initially Jeff Case (and his office assistant) admitted flat out to me that they dropped the ball, and were trying to get me a refund. When they could not get someone else to give me the refund Jeff Case and his office went through a series of excuses – first that it was illegal to refund because of AK insurance rebate laws (no, the AK Insurance office confirmed that a cancelled premium refund was not an ”inducement”), then that I had initially talked to an ex-employee (no, I talked to Jeff), then that I had not noticed monthly amounts coming out of my checking acct (no, I paid in full initially), etc. The Allstate Sales Lead got involved and was sympathetic to me but stated repeatedly that he had no authority over Jeff Case. At a certain point Jeff Case stopped returning calls even when he told the Sales Lead he would call me. I complained to Allstate company management and they filed a formal complaint.
