  Fantastic customer service. R and H are so warm and friendly. They put a lot of thought into my needs and helped me find the perfect solution! Their sincerity and honesty made me feel right at home in their shop. In depth explanations about quality and various choices, made it easy for me to make a decision. I don't think I could have got this level of comfort and good service anywhere else!

  Heather and Roy have been exceptional !! I had an issue with my 20th anniiversary wedding band ( not their fault ) that they addressed professionally and beyond my expectations . We've purchased a couple beautiful items dating back to 2012 including another ring we bought from their website. After several conversations with Heather, we ordered with a short timeline. It was delivered on time and again exceeded our expectations . Their gold quartz jewelry is a higher grade quality than we have seen in other shops or online. Heather has a rare combination of professionalism combined with a personal investment in wanting you to be happy with your experience at her shop. I regularly get compliments on my beautiful and unique jewelry! These will be given to my daughters and granddaughters someday. From one happy grandma, thank Heather and Roy. Kathy L
