- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First off the lady who answered the phone had the worse customer service. Breathing into the phone like she was taking her last breathes. Put me on hold for 6 minutes before coming back on and saying "umm hold on please". Second, laziest bunch of mail carriers ever. Refused to deliver mail because there was snow built up. How about you get out of the vehicle like the rest of us do an out it in the mail box.By Felicia Woods, January 24, 2017
