- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Incredibly slow service. Poor attitudes. Went at 8 to pick up a parcel from the window that opens at 7 am and they had "forgotten" to turn on the buzzer that morning. So I had to resort to yelling through the box chute on and off for 10 minutes to get somebody's attention. Lady who came to the window didn't help me; only turned on the buzzer, cracked the window, and told me to ring the buzzer and someone would come help. Apparently she isn't qualified to match names on boxes with names on slips and use the beeper to scan a parcel. So I rang the buzzer 3 times over the course of FIVE minutes and finally someone came and took my slip, a full 15 minutes after I had arrived.
