- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Piss poor customer service, open account came in twice with everything spent about 2 hours each time, told good to go. Get a letter in mail requesting info within 14 days or they close my account(after they took my money), walk in ask why never told about this before and dismissed by asst.man. nicci, call in a week later to get balance told on phone account password never set up so i cant get info cause i cant prove who i am, then told that my account was in threat to be closed cause the document requested(the one i hand walked in this location) then once called back the next day the asst man uploaded my document but never removed the alert to close my account so they had what they were asking for while threatening to close my account with MY money it. When i walk in this location for direct transactions, get the nasty petty looks from child-like adults looking for a problem. If you like to give people your money to treat you like garbage, this is the place.By mya bumsmells, January 29, 2017
